Website Management

What does "website management" mean? It means Surelutions will be your webmaster or website administrator. We will keep track of your domain name registration, web hosting renewals, ftp user access, and other administrative tasks that may require logging in to your site host control panel.

Why would you want Surelutions to manage your website?

  1. Do you know who is hosting your website, or when and where the domain name was registered?
  2. Do you know how to access your site control panel, and login with your administrative password?
  3. Do you have your site's FTP access and user login address and passwords?
  4. Do you get stressed out when you receive 'urgent' emails from GoDaddy or Network Solutions, or whoever your webhost is?
  5. Do you know how to add an additional email address to your account?
  6. Do you know when your site is up for renewal, or if the domain name registration and hosting are on the same renewal schedule?

    • Reduced hourly rate for any additional content changes
    • Available in 3, 6, or 12 month contracts.
  • Level 2: $55/month
    • Website administration and content editing
    • Up to 45 minutes editing time for client requested text changes
    • Reduced hourly rate for any additional content changes
    • Available in 3, 6, or 12 month contracts.
  • Level 3: $75/month
    • Website administration, content editing, and content management
    • Up to 90 minutes editing time for client requested content updates, including textual edits and image optimization
    • PLUS! Regularly scheduled 'sensible content updates'. This means we schedule a monthly review of your site to check links and make edits to keep the content current. You don't have to do a thing!
    • Reduced hourly rate for any additional content changes
    • Available in 3, 6, or 12 month contracts.

Content Management Software

If you would like to edit the content of your own website, we recommend Adobe Contribute. It works with any website without custom programming and is simple to use. Contribute is designed to work with Dreamweaver, which is the industry standard for website design (and what we use here). Surelutions can provide set up, installation and training based on the client's needs.
